Impromptu performance by Lee Greenwood & the U.S. Army Chorus …

When Lee Greenwood (Official) crossed paths with the U.S. Army Chorus, they shared a profoundly patriotic moment in the tunnels of Nationals Park, Washington, D.C. We share this video in honor of Lee and the amazing impact his music has had on our nation. God Bless you, Sir. God Bless the USA!

Talented country artist Lee Greenwood is joined by the U.S Army Chorus for a beautiful rendition of ‘God Bless The USA.’

‘And I’m proud to be an American
Where at least I know I’m free
And I won’t forget the men who died
Who gave that right to me
And I’d gladly stand up next to you
And defend Her still today
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt
I love this land
God Bless the U.S.A.’

It doesn’t get much better than listening to someone sing about their pride for their country. It’s always such an amazing display of respect and patriotism. One of the most iconic patriotic songs of the modern era is Lee Greenwood’s ‘God Bless The USA.’

I remember when the song first came out and everyone would sing their hearts out when it came on the radio or was performed before an event. It’s one of those tunes where everyone knows the words and when all the voices join together, it makes the most amazing sound.

Today, we get to hear a very special rendition of this classic song and it’s one of my favorite versions yet. When Lee Greenwood crossed paths with the U.S. Army Chorus at a Washington Nationals baseball game, they didn’t let this amazing opportunity pass them by. So in the tunnels of Nationals Park, this talented group of singers belted out the beloved song.

Thankfully, someone was there to record the entire moment and now we all get to witness this special performance. I just love the look of joy on everyone’s face as they proudly sing out these lyrics. Who else is going to join in with them?
