Everyone should be actively engaged in protecting the environment. We only have one Earth, and we all live here. Why not try to make it a pleasant place for as many people as possible? Plus, Christians are called to be good stewards of the blessings and resources God has given us, including our planet.

Within the last decade or so, electric vehicles, like Toyota’s Prius and the Tesla, have become increasingly popular. More and more EVs are hitting the road every day. Conventional thinking has become that electric cars are much cleaner and better for the environment than ones powered by gasoline. But is that really the case?

In “Electric Vehicles: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly,” Larry challenges this idea, hoping to find out if that is true or not. Are electric vehicles really better for the Earth? What are the tradeoffs of electric vehicles? In the trailer’s opening moments, Larry admits he’s conflicted and unsure what to believe about the push for EVs.

“When I first began hearing this business about net-zero emission, I felt conflicted, and most countries in the world have already signed up for it,” he says. “I love my gasoline-powered cars. I don’t want the planet to be damaged, so I just don’t know what to believe. Is it really true that electric vehicles are better for the planet than gasoline-powered vehicles?”

In the film, Larry, hoping to learn the answers about EVs, conducts several interviews, including talking to regular people and experts on electric vehicles.
