One dog is a hero after the lovable and loyal pooch alerted and saved a young man during a house fire in Florida on New Year’s Eve.
Animals are beings created, formed and placed on Earth by the same God who hung the sun, moon and stars in place. All animals are deserving of kindness, respect and love. But dogs hold a very special place in the hearts of most pet owners and animal lovers.
One dog, Macho, showed, with his heroic actions, exactly why dogs are beloved and revered by so many. In what is being described as a miracle, Macho, on New Year’s Eve, understood that something was not right, according to the video posted on YouTube.
Macho, who does not even bark at night, barked and nipped at the young man, who was asleep, about the impending danger.
“He just kept going at him, and then he just gave him a nip, a couple of them, and wake him up,” Nicole Evans, the teenager’s mother, and Macho’s owner, said. “And Griffin was like, ‘Hey, what’s happening?’ And as soon as he turned around, there was no doubt. He had to go. He had to go quickly.”
Sadly, Nicole’s home is a total loss because of the fire. However, despite the horrible incident, Nicole understands what is truly important in life.
“All those things are just things,” Nicole said. “And they’re our things, and some of those things do matter, they do. But in the end, it’s all replaceable. He’s not replaceable (Griffin). He’s not replaceable (Macho).”
Also, Nicole added that since losing her home, she has received unbelievable kindness from those around her. She stated that her friends and loved ones in the community have “stepped up beyond what any person could ever imagine that people would do for them.”
Praise God that Macho kept that terrible becoming much worse. And God bless those people showing that family love, care and kindness in their time of need.
Genesis 1:21 “And God created the great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”
