Gymnastics combines athleticism, strength, flexibility, beauty and elegance. Successful gymnastics pull off amazing feats, making it appear effortless.

One couple appeared on America’s Got Talent: All-Stars and dazzled the audience and the judges with their beautiful gymnastics-acrobatic routine.

In the posted YouTube clip, Power Duo, an act from the Philippines, takes the stage in green-colored outfits. Their awesome act combines elements of dance and gymnastics.

Right from the get-go, the woman demonstrates her insane flexibility. Their routine begins with her lying flat on the floor with her legs stretched out as far as possible. Her male partner then stands her up by her leg, testing her flexibility even further.

Next, she hops up on the man’s shoulder and flips head over heels. He catches her right before she hits the floor. The man’s sheer amount of strength keeps her face planting on the stage.

After some tosses, flips and twists in the air, the couple grabs a hold of black straps dangling from the ceiling. The two put on an awe-inspiring aerial display, with twists, turns and flips as they circle the room.

After returning momentarily to the ground from their beautiful high-flying demonstration, the two performers quickly return to the skies!

Their act is simply breathtaking!

Near the end of their routine, there is a trick with so much potential for danger that Heidi Klum can barely even watch!

The two gravity-defying performers conclude their act by returning to the ground and to massive applause from the studio audience and judges.

All three of the judges loved their routine!

“It is so beautiful to watch you two dance,” Heidi said. “I thought it was fantastic.”

“It is beautiful to watch, and you make it seem effortless,” Howie Mandel said.

“I think, on a show like this, you’ve got to be good,” Simon Cowell said. “You’ve gotta be better than when we first saw you and you’ve gotta be likable. And you achieved all three.”
