You have to watch this funny video called ‘Find My Glasses’ which is a parody of ‘Deck the Halls’ by the Holderness Family.

“A new prescription is definitely on Penn's holiday list,” reads the caption of the YouTube video. “Whether you wear glasses or not, it's best to schedule an annual eye exam.”

The video starts off with Penn Holderness singing to the tune of ‘Deck that Halls’ while his wife is baking cookies in the kitchen.

“Hang out let me find my glasses, fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la

Uh oh that’s too much molasses, fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la”

The lyrics of the song go on to share about how Kim Holderness has a hard time reading the cookie recipe because of her eyesight. And how Penn has a hard time making out what characters are in the front yard of his neighbor’s light display, as well as reading the fine print on gift tags to see who his gift is from.

The whole music video is sure to make you laugh and is very relatable to people who have their eyesight getting worse as the years go on.

“That was great!” comments one person on YouTube after watching the video. “Have you just been waiting all year to sing this so that you could rhyme cornucopia and presbyopia? Lol. You guys are the best!”

“The chorus chords are amazing and I adored the sub harmonics, fantastic work! Also yes rhyming boss level 10/10  and great message!” writes another person online.

At the end of the music video, Penn and Kim end with an important message.

“You know what, I’m a firm believer that a lot of things, like my beautiful wife, get better with age. You know what doesn’t get better with age? My eyesight,” says Penn.

The married couple then encourages people the importance of getting an annual eye exam.

We hope that this funny parody video from the Holderness Family was able to bring a smile to your face today!
