This classic hymn dates all the way back to 1865. It is an African-American spiritual song that is popular around Christmas time. The lyrics sing of the good news that our King is born.

Josh Turner is one of the most recognizable names in country music. He shot on the scene with his iconic single, ‘Long Black Train’ and hasn’t stopped since.
‘Me And God’ was a 2006 single and one of his first songs to speak on the subject of faith. In 2018, Josh even released a gospel album, titled ‘My Savior.’
Today, he’s performing a Christmas classic as he belts out the words to ‘Go Tell It On The Mountain’’ from his Christmas album ‘King Size Manger.’
