Johnny and Carmel Kierans, both 80 years old, are currently quarantining with family while Ireland remains in lockdown to try to slow the spread of the coronavirus. These two must remain inside during this time so that they don’t end up catching it, but that isn’t stopping them from having a good time!

A video of the pair was shared by their daughter Marie on Twitter, and from the looks of it, these two sure are keeping their spirits high during this trying time with a little fun. They both have some impressive moves for their age, and the huge smiles on their faces let us know that they will not let this quarantine keep them down!

Along with having some fun, this elderly couple is getting in some light exercise as well while practicing their dance moves. And that is something that is especially important when you’re stuck inside and don’t have a lot of room to walk around. Getting creative during this time to keep up our physical health is one tip to help us all get through this.

While dancing along to the iconic Bees Gees hit ‘Stayin’ Alive’, Johnny and Carmel show that they have a good sense of humor as well. And we can all adhere to the lyrics of this fun song by staying indoors to slow down the spread of this virus.
