The Voice of an Angel – Ryan McNally

🎶🎵 The Voice of an Angel – Liam Lawton 👼 🕊

First lockdown piano and voice cover!

This is the beautiful ‘Voice of an angel’ as originally recorded by the amazing Liam Lawton Music. Massive thank you to Brian Greene for providing accompaniment for this recording. Anyone who knows Brian can testify for how amazing of a musician he is, and I have had the privilege of singing alongside him at various concerts and weddings over the past few years.

I think this piece is very fitting for the current crisis we are all in. Hope you and your families are safe and well. Feel free to give this a share if you like it!

Irish singer Ryan McNally aims to bring hope with this beautiful cover of ‘The Voice Of An Angel’ from Liam Lawton.

Ryan is a pharmacist by day who is helping to fight COVID-19. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys making music.

He thought that this inspiring song was the perfect piece for these uncertain times. He told Belfast Live, “I thought this piece was a lovely thing for people to listen to and reflect upon during this difficult time. I know a lot of people are struggling and many turn to music for inspiration and even for spiritual guidance.”

“I keep thinking of tomorrow
And the thoughts that lie so deep
Then I pray in talking whispers
Cause I know that somewhere near
Is the presence of an angel
Come to hold me through my fear”

This touching song was originally released by Liam Lawton in 2003. The powerful words tells the story of a guardian angel who helps guide the writer.

As we all struggle with the sadness and changes associated with COVID-19, it is comforting to know that God is always by our side. He is still in control and He will always be there to shoulder our worries and burdens.

“Beyond the day and night
Who are you who guides me
With words I cannot write
It’s the voice of an angel.”

Revelation 14:6 “6 Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language and people.”
